I'm a therapist here to help you feel seen, heard, and understood

Coming to therapy is hard. And in the spirit of doing hard things, let me tell you how I got here.

 

I finally decided to become a therapist while recovering from a major panic attack. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, kept me off work for 6 weeks and I honestly thought I was going to die. The support I received after it from a therapist changed my life, and made me realise I wanted to do the same for other people.

If you are reading this, chances are you are feeling stuck in life. You might feel anxious. Sick of being stuck in the same loop, doing the same things and feeling the same way. The life you've created and the person you are no longer fit together. You might not even know who the person you are any more. You know you’re no longer happy and you want to do things differently, but you don’t know how to start. You want change.

 

The messiness you feel is where I can help. Working with me, you'll find a space for honesty, reflection and someone willing to get involved in helping you clear through the mess. I've been there and I know how powerful the right support can be when you are feeling stuck in life.

What does therapy with me look like?

Whether you want to explore your identity, think about a particular challenge you are facing or talk about your relationship with money, your experience is unique to you. We will talk about what is going on for you, learn from it, think about how you are coping already and build from there.

 

We will move beyond your anxiety, identity or stuckness and build genuine momentum.

I can help you find a way forward through:

  • Core Therapy (£70 per 50 minute session): Long-term, Attachment-Informed therapy focused on past experiences, exploring core identity, and building lasting resilience against anxiety.

  • Brief Therapy (£450 per 6 session package): A focused, 6-session package designed for rapid clarity and momentum when targeting a specific problem.

  • Financial Therapy (£80 per 50 minute session): Specialized sessions to address the complex link between money, self-worth, and authentic meaning.
