My Approach to Integrative Therapy
I don't believe in hiding behind a clinical mask. My practice is built on being human and authentic with you, creating a working relationship you can truly trust. But we do more than just talk.
In this online therapy, my approach is to support you to look at the whole picture. We explore the past patterns that might be contributing to your current stuckness, and we use our relationship as a place to explore how you relate to the world right now.
The point isn't to blame the past; it's to use the past as a map so we can start to find who you are and identify a healthier path forward. This is your space, and your journey absolutely matters.

You don’t need to arrive with a set agenda; helping you navigate the internal noise is my job. Our goal is to help you feel unstuck, discover what is truly important to you, and find a renewed sense of meaning and direction.
