Do you offer a sliding scale or concessions?

To maintain the quality and sustainability of my specialist practice, my fees are fixed. However, I am always happy to signpost to alternative services if my current rates are not a fit for your budget.

How many sessions will I need?

For Integrative Therapy, this is often open-ended and led by your pace. For Financial Therapy, we usually begin with an initial block of 6 or 12 sessions to address specific "Money Scripts" or transitions, which we review together.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

I require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. This policy ensures I can maintain a consistent and dedicated space for all my clients.

Question 4

Are you available outside of Mondays?

My dedicated clinical day is Monday (2 PM – 6 PM). While I am available for brief administrative queries during the week, all therapeutic work and consultations take place during these dedicated hours to ensure my full focus is on my clients.

Is our work confidential?

Absolutely. As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to a strict code of ethics regarding confidentiality. The only exceptions are legal requirements or immediate safety concerns, which we would discuss in our first session.
